Several Turkish Celebrities Get Arrested in Istanbul Drug Probe
The suspects were taken into custody following coordinated operations conducted by the city’s anti-narcotics police, with raids carried out at their residences.
The probe, targeting 25 individuals in total, involves charges such as drug use and facilitating the consumption of narcotic or stimulant substances, the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office said in a statement on the social platform X.
Officials noted that the investigation is still ongoing, and one of the suspects has been confirmed to be abroad.
